Payments
Refund policy.

How paid placements are intended to work
The intended future service is a time-limited, single advertising spot. Every €1 buys 20 seconds of potential exposure. An advertiser can lose the position before the purchased timer expires if another advertiser pays the higher required amount. This possibility is an inherent feature of the service and must be accepted knowingly at checkout.
Payment confirmation
The planned checkout design will not transfer ownership just because a visitor clicks "Pay". The server must verify the payment and re-check the required minimum. If the price has increased while payment is being completed and the order can no longer win, the intended result is a refund rather than a takeover. This flow is not yet enabled or validated with live payments.
Service failures and legal rights
If a charge succeeds but the promised placement cannot be provided because of a technical or processing fault, customers will be able to request assistance or an appropriate refund. Any refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights required by applicable consumer law will be respected. We do not claim that a general "no refunds" rule overrides statutory rights.
